A baseball athlete who always felt fatigued and sore. “We began training and Abe noticed some of my eating patterns. He told me to increase my calories, specifically my protein intake and how I could balance my plate a bit more. I was surprised how fast I began to not only work out harder, but I was recovering quicker! I gained 2 pounds, but lost 4.5% body fat, decreased 11 pounds of fat and gained 13 pounds of muscle!”
