Big Tony's Transformation

I was impressed with my guy at 3in1, I’m always looking to learn. At first, I was skeptical.. but Abe showed me exercises I’ve never seen before and a new approach to strength and conditioning. We met in Miami a few times, but I took to heart all the drills he showed me. I implemented them in my current program and I put on 7 pounds of muscle in less than a month! Not easy to do being this big ;).

I also reached out after feeling dizzy, light-headed and losing my balance. I tried a few remedies, but nothing was helping.
