Manti Te’o, New Orlean Saints 

At 3in1 we wanted Manti to be as fast 💨 as possible out of his linebacker stance. After a full 🧠 flow assessment and a few tweaks to his stance, we found some drills that improved his speed by nearly 2x! That’s easily the difference between making the tackle or sack 👏🏽

One of his best friends who played collegiate football said to Abe “Bro, I don’t know what you’re doing, but I’ve never seen him [Manti] this fit and explosive in my life, and he’s worked with some of the best throughout the NFL, good sh!t.”

In the 2nd post, we improved his football-specific positions with foot placement 🦶 and proper mechanics in getting from A to B is crucial. He also performs the Infinity Drill ♾ which improves eye tracking 👀, peripheral awareness, the vestibulo (balance system)- ocular reflex, vestibulo-spinal reflex and vestibulo-cervical reflex.

We do this for concussion rehab and prevention. He is also doing this breathless (without breathing) to build his aerobic capacity (endurance), draw extra attention to his nervous system and address some breathing inefficiencies.
