As an elite rower, my body has to be in tune with itself on every row. If I could get more torque out of each pull, that could be the difference between winning and losing. Working with all kinds of strength coaches in the past, I was looking for something different. This is why I reached out to 3in1, I saw a different approach. We focused on the specific muscles that create the pull and push I needed to excel, but very unconventionally. Really made a connection between my mind and those muscles. I can’t share all their “tricks”, but let me tell you.. it was unique and it worked! I became stronger and was beating some of my old times I’ve had for years!
