“I made it to week 6 in the app in prep for my wedding. Abe’s program was awesome! It made me get in the habit of getting my steps in. I did struggle some days to get all my steps but I was consistent with it. When I started the program I was at 136 lbs. and I’m currently 126 lbs. I was about 25% body fat and now I’m 20%! Most importantly I was able to fit into my wedding dress!!! Annnnnd, I can do 6 chin ups now! My strength went up a lot. I could barely do 2 back in March!”
